We went shopping to Costco and the Home Store today! We were out for 5 hours but spending them with you at breakfast and shopping was worth it. I used my Keith Dowell tactics on the phone with my shrink and it worked like gang-busters! I got a call back within 10 minutes and a call from a supervisor 10 minuets after that and she had some real answers! I'll be channeling him on the phone more often.
