Pasta Night

Tonight was the first for me. I've never had a home-cooked Italian meal before- not with the sauce and the pasta and the fillings were all made from scratch. It was one of the most incredible meals you've ever cooked or I've ever had outside of a professional kitchen. You continue to amaze me with all the things you get interested in and then work to become good at. I mean, you amaze me for a lot of reasons this is just one more.
